Upfront payment policy

All treatment bookings require an upfront deposit of 50% of the treatment fee.

As a small business, I really appreciate at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows time for me to try and fill your appointment time. Unfortunately if insufficient time of 48 hours or more isn't provided, the 50% deposit will not be applied to a future treatment and will be forfeited.

Deposits are non-refundable, you are able to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.

If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Important info

Exhale Studio Address is 136 Atherton Road, Oakleigh. Free Street Parking is available.

Please make your way down the driveway and enter through the gate. 

I will meet you at the gate at your appointment time.

Unfortunately I don’t have a waiting area, so please arrive at your designated appointment time.
