Upfront payment policy

All treatment bookings require an upfront deposit of 50% of the treatment fee.

As a small business, I really appreciate at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to try to fill your appointment time. Unfortunately, if 48 hours or more isn't provided, the 50% deposit will not be applied to a future treatment and will be forfeited.

Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred to your future booking.

If you cannot reschedule, please get in touch with us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Exhale Studio is located at MTM Wellness Suites - 7 Scanlan Street, Bentleigh East.
