Upfront payment policy

All treatment bookings require an upfront deposit of 50% of the treatment fee.

As a small business, I really appreciate at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to try to fill your appointment time. Unfortunately, if 48 hours or more isn't provided, the 50% deposit will not be applied to a future treatment and will be forfeited.

Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred to your future booking.

If you cannot reschedule, please get in touch with us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Important info

Exhale Studio is located on the second floor of the Dental and Skin Clinic, 778a Centre Road, Bentleigh East, Melbourne, opposite Moorabbin Hospital.

Please park in the front or rear of the building. Enter through the front door and make your way upstairs. My client's waiting area is at the top of the stairs

I will meet you at the gate at your appointment time.
